The complaint alleges Hard Rock copied the company’s distinctive trade dress for its Red Lion hotel brand, which is protected by federal trade dress law,
The company is seeking compensatory damages, an injunction against Hard Rock and profits from its Reverb chain, as well as legal fees and costs.
