Rough appearance: Do you know a Niu, do you know none - Newest hotel concept looks like in an artist's elf

Published:

Düsseldorf, Germany – 7 August 2017 –
David Etmenan’s Novum Group is anticipating: The new hotel concept Niu is still in preparation (the first home is only going to be opened in Essen in autumn), as the first pictures of a next hotel project are looking for. For the “Niu Tab” (438 rooms!) in Düsseldorf in Germany, an artist is staged – rough, easy, stylish.

“Tab” stands for “Tokyo, Art, Beer”; Such an addition is given to every Niu hotel. The name doesn’t have to be accessible to everybody at once – the true storytelling in interior design will be critical. Each Niu will be fresh, that is, adapted to the respective location concerning design and storytelling; The idea is already known by 25 Hours.

With Niu (stands for: sustainable, innovative, urban) David Etmenan would like to completely change his family hotel group. Currently over 30 new buildings are being proposed, also in other European countries. The novelty hotels of the old type – his dad once began with hotels behind the central station in Hamburg – will be history. But still the main business with the houses is generated. In the first half of the year, group sales increased to 81 million euros (previous year: 55 million euros).
