Starwood debuts two brands in Singapore
1Starwood Hotels & Resorts signs two hotels in Singapore, reflecting the local debut of The Luxury Collection and Tribute Portfolio brands.
The Duxton Club, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore and Hôtel Vagabond, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Singapore showcase Singapore’s rich heritage in repurposed heritage buildings in the Tanjong Pagar and Jalan Besar conservation districts.
Upon opening in 2017, The Duxton Club will join a portfolio of 100 hotels and resorts under The Luxury Collection brand, 25 of which are in Asia Pacific.
The 41-room Hôtel Vagabond takes up a row of 1950 Art Deco shophouses. Having opened in January 2016, Hôtel Vagabond is undergoing a rebranding exercise, and will be unveiled as a Tribute Portfolio hotel in October 2016.
Launched in 2015, Tribute Portfolio has conversion-friendly strategy, access to Starwood’s platforms and Starwood Preferred Guest loyalty programme.
