TravelClick, which provides cloud-based, revenue-generating solutions for the hospitality industry, acquires customer relationship management firm ZDirect.
The addition strengthens TravelClick?s suite of business intelligence, reservations, marketing and media products. It says hotels will be able to send targeted communications and offers to drive direct bookings, loyalty and higher revenue. It will also serve as a ?platform for innovation to create long-term, deeper guest connections and customer engagement?.
