Hilton hotels founder Conrad H. would be proud of his discendent – Paris Hilton, aged 35, develops a new luxury hotel group bearing her world-famous name in New York City, Dubai and Las Vegas, Forbes magazine revealed. More details are not known yet.

Since five years, she partners with Centry Properties to establish Paris beach club and residences near Malina in the Philippines. An opening date of the Azure Urban Resort Residences is not fixed.
