Winter 2012/2013: more flexible fares

Fares adapted to business travelers 
For customers traveling for business reasons, Air France now offers just the level of flexibility they need. For example, they can now purchase a non-modifiable ticket (modifiable for an additional charge) in Economy on their outbound trip, and a flexible ticket (which can be changed at no extra cost) in Premium Economy, just for the return, enabling them to take an earlier or a later flight. 
This new feature enables customers to save up to 35% on the fare paid, compared with a return ticket purchased at a fare which is modifiable at no extra cost. 
This fare combinability illustrates Air France’s desire to place customer satisfaction at the heart of its strategy and offer them "made-to-measure" services.
