This weekend the 1 came to Sonoma County. It?s a great weekend, with numerous wineries throwing open their doors, pouring some great wine and pairing it with wonderful food. Here at K-J it was no exception.

At the1, our culinary team created this delicious Valrhona Cabernet Chocolate Mousse. It was paired with our Hawkeye Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. And it was delicious.
